quassel-dbg software package provides distributed, KDE/Qt-based IRC client - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install quassel-dbg
quassel-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the quassel-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep quassel-dbg *
You will get with quassel-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
